The McClurg Building, constructed in 1900, is a ten-story brick and limestone commercial building designed by George C. Hope and F.A. Carpenter. It features a prominent tripartite facade with a robust rusticated stone base, a shaft of cream-colored brick, and a more ornate terra cotta cornice.
