The Englewood I.O.O.F. Lodge No. 138 Building is a two-story commercial structure built in 1907. It features a simplified Italian Renaissance Revival style with a brick facade and distinctive terra cotta ornamentation. The building originally housed the Independent Order of Odd Fellows lodge and a post office.
